Study of leadership character in military context (Part 1)

Talk with academic leader of the study, Chief Executive Officer of Center for Leadership of UCU and teacher of Lviv Business School of UCU – Andrew Rozhdestvensky. Within the framework of studying leadership character in military men in Ukraine, it was possible to analyze leadership model developed by the Canadian Ivey Business School and to trace relationship between the three virtues of the military leaders (accountability, humility, collaboration) and their social and psychological well-being. The study was attended by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteer battalions, which allows us tracing the differences in the character structure of representatives of these two organizations.
