Projects and Results of the Center for Leadership of UCU 2021-2022

The full-scale invasion significantly impacted the Center’s activities from February 2022, focusing on proactive measures that help leaders find solutions through our methodologies, even when facing complex challenges.

Two weeks before these changes, we had already begun informational preparations – the “Reality Without Illusion” YouTube webinar series, became a stabilizing point for many leaders’ mental well-being.

Despite this, we managed to identify the winners of the “Leadership Awards 2021” as part of the “Alumni Leadership Day”, conduct “Easter Together 2022”, and implement many other projects in 2021.
