Conducting Leadership Days is a common practice of the world's leading universities. These
meetings are designed to gather graduates, to show the direction of what kind of leaders should be
today. This year is the fifth such meeting in LvBS.

At previous meetings, topics of military leadership, leadership in the public and private sectors,
leadership in times of challenges were discussed with the participation of well-known figures in
Ukraine. On November 27, as part of #Alumni Leadership Day 2021, we will talk about Leadership
and sustainability.
The invited guest at Alumni Leadership Day 2021 will be Larisa Galadza – Canadian diplomat,
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Ukraine.

a leader, and will also join the panel discussion of the same name with the participation of: Andriy
Rozhdestvenskyi (CEO of the UCU Leadership Center), Oleksandr Vdovichenko (Commander of
the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhets , colonel of the Armed
Forces of Ukraine) and Andrii Demchuk (scientist and fencer, Champion of the Summer
Paralympic Games, Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine, Candidate of Technical Sciences).
Traditionally, in the second part of the day, we present the LvBS Alumni Awards in the following
categories:

industry as a whole)
