Well-being Leadership Conference 2024: Character and Well-being Amid Chaos

Mental health of a leader is a key factor affecting the performance indicators of their organization. Employee engagement, building team resilience, making decisions that allow for continued work despite high risks and threats not only in business but also in life — all these are directly related to how a leader monitors their own condition and whether they have the tools to help others.

This works in both the corporate sector and the military, which is why we are announcing an event that last year helped about a hundred leaders find answers and solutions for their work in times of crisis.

Well-being Leadership Conference 2024

International conference on leadership and mental health: the role of business in creating normal conditions amid chaos, developing resilience in service companies, a culture of support in the workplace, and the role of a leader’s character in moderating the connection between the extreme context of an organization’s activities and the subjective well-being of leaders.

One of the keynote speakers of the event is Gerard Seijts: Professor of Organizational Development at Ivey Business School, PhD from the University of Toronto, awardee for research, innovation in teaching, and outreach; author and co-author of 5 books on leadership and numerous scientific publications.
