Effective Manager: Leadership Skills

• Stages of organizing and implementing company activities;
• Situational management, leadership styles typical for crisis situations;
• Delegation of authority: goals, principles, barriers;
• Delegation conversation model;
• Psychological states of colleagues and their impact on performance, engagement, and interaction;
• How changed context affects team work;
• Survivor guilt syndrome and refugee syndrome: how they manifest in team members and how to work with them;
• Re-adaptation of team interaction during wartime;
• How changed values ​​of the team affect engagement and efficiency;
• How multi-level stress, uncertainty, fear, and panic affect trust levels;
• Difficult conversations with the team;
• Tools for control and feedback in reorganized teams;
• Components of influence: manager behavior models;
• Effective team management through culture change and mindset.
• Emotional capital of the leader: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship management.

The certification program is designed for middle-level managers or those recently appointed to leadership positions who seek to develop leadership skills for future advancement.
