This document constitutes an open offer (“Offer”) of the Organizer, a legal entity under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to enter into a contract for the provision of services and/or related services by selling a ticket (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) under the terms set forth in this Offer.
In accordance with Articles 633, 638, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Contract is a public contract, and upon acceptance (acceptance) of the terms set forth therein, any capable natural person, individual entrepreneur, or legal entity becomes a party to the Contract and undertakes to fulfill all its terms.
The Offer takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Internet at the following links: https://uculeadership.com.ua/ and is indefinite, valid until withdrawn by the Organizer. The place of conclusion of this Contract is determined by the location of the Organizer.
