Women’s Leadership and Change Management

“Women’s Leadership and Change Management” training program is based on the concept of “Leadership based on character” developed by Canadian scientists from Ivey Business School. According to this concept, leadership includes character consisting of 11 virtues, competencies, which are grouped into four categories: organizational, human, strategic and business competencies, as well as commitment.

The training starts from a presentation of the concept of leadership character and work on cases that allow tracing how different character elements are manifested in personal and professional life, and also why commitment is an important element of leadership. Then the participants work on development of various competencies during two modules.
